Applied Geology and Mining (Pty) Ltd (AG&M) is a professional geological and mining consultancy based in South Africa, but able to operate throughout Africa and elsewhere in the world. AG&M has recently entered into a partnership with a similar organisation in Kenya that will expand its services in East Africa with the support of on-the-ground field crews and geophysical and core drilling equipment.

The Company has broad experience covering a variety of commodities such as gold, platinum, coal and industrial minerals. AG&M has specific expertise in structural geology, sedimentology, and 3D geological modelling. We also offer ancillary services such as assistance with the application for and issuing of exploration licences in Southern Africa and Kenya.

Projects undertaken to date by AG&M range from managing greenfield exploration programmes, drilling programmes, QA/QC programmes, underground sampling audits, production grade control, Competent Persons Reports (CPR’s), Due Diligences and geological modelling and ore resource evaluation.
